Who we are

Tulane Montessori Children's House has been providing a nurturing and enriching learning environment since 1966. As an affiliate of the American Montessori Society, we are dedicated to fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Our classrooms follow the Montessori mixed-age model, allowing children to progress at their own pace in a supportive and structured setting. With an excellent 1:5 teacher-student ratio, our experienced educators guide students in developing concentration, confidence, and meaningful social connections while emphasizing grace and courtesy.

In addition to traditional Montessori materials, we offer a dynamic yearly curriculum exploring subjects such as the solar system, oceanography, fine arts, and world geography. Hands-on activities, arts and crafts, field trips, and guest experts further enhance the learning experience.

At Tulane Montessori, we strive to create a foundation for academic success and personal growth in a warm, engaging, and thoughtfully prepared environment.
